Tip 1:

Do not forget to have a balanced diet, as well as reducing the calories. Balanced, means to enrich the diet with vitamins, especially fruits, vegetables, dairy products and other fiber-rich foods, and not take ‘dead’ calories in the form of ham and cheese rolls.

Tip 2:

Try, two to three times a week, to exercise. Sport distracts one from food, and when we have done something sporty, one is no longer so hungry. If you are a lazy guy, so is advisable to enroll in a fitness center. Even if you go there only three times a week for 1 hour. On the exercise bike you can create effective calorie-burning.

Tip 3:

Write down these training sessions as well in your notebook! You will be incredibly motivated and proud after each training session. And, as I said, if it is only about three quarters of an hour at home or with coach: It will work!

Tip 4:

If you push out to sporting activities, it is advisable to note in your diary, fixed training days. E.g. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Tip 5:

It is best if you get your gym bag ready in the morning and have it in the car, so you can go directly to the fitness center. It cannot happen that you come home and get sidetracked… excuses can be found quickly. After all, the lawn needs to be mowed and the floor cleaned – the lawn and the floor can wait! Do something for yourself! In a few weeks you will receive the reward for your discipline!

Tip 6:

According to experts, one should lose, within three weeks, not more than 1.5 pounds. Faster weight loss does not give your skin time to adapt. Believe me: You learn after a time of conscious eating to listen to the body, whether or not you are really hungry, or just want to eat out of boredom or habit.

I successfully lost around fourteen pounds with this method within six months – and kept my weight constant, with a dress size of 36 for the last five years. The real ‘bite’ will help you stay on this for months, and your reward will be, in the truest sense, an ‘easier’ life!

All in all, if you follow these tips, even after a few days you will start to feel like a new man/woman, and in a few weeks or months, you will be able to clearly see the results. However, if you stop in the inappropriate time or too early, kilograms may turn back even twice! So, take the necessary measures and never stop before you’ve reached your best form!
