But we are not thinking about the gobs of high fat salad dressing that we slather on…oh ya that just made my 100 calorie salad almost as many calories as that skinny little McDonalds double cheese burger… We all know that losing weight means we gotta eat less and exercise more (oh groan…) but not many of us have the real willpower to exercise, right? Sick and tired of another diet weight loss program that proclaims “You can finally lose weight now” and the only weight you lose is the weight of the price of the diet scam in your bill fold or purse?

So that new diet that you are so proud of losing those five pounds, well sorry to say they will probably come right back since you are dehydrated, once you are properly hydrated again they come right back! Most people just lose and gain water weight and don’t know it. Water is easily removed and easily reintroduced to the body. You can fluctuate 10 lbs just by losing some water weight. Sensible weight loss makes more sense. It is long term, helps you lose fat (instead of water) and keeps the weight off.
